Our process
Eight steps, one team. Here is exactly what happens after you send us your inquiry.
01Contact us
After you send an inquiry, share some basic sketches, design files or photos. We'll discuss style details, fabrics, trims and technical requirements with you.
02Fabric selection
We send you photos and videos of fabrics so you can see and understand the materials and how suitable they are, plus color card photos to choose your colors.
03Sample development
No need to be a production expert or spend weeks on a detailed tech pack — basic sketches or photos are enough. We start sampling and send you photos of the prototype.
04Quotation
Once the sample meets your requirements and is approved, we send you a quotation. After receiving the deposit, we purchase fabrics and start the bulk production process.
05Pre-production sample
The first piece made on the actual production line, using the real fabrics and trims and following the order specifications exactly — sizes, embroidery and washing included.
06Bulk production
When you're happy with the pre-production sample, bulk production starts as soon as we receive your approval.
07Quality inspection & control
After production, our QC team inspects the goods and only passes them to packing when there are no issues. Anything that needs fixing is repaired before it reaches the packing department.
08Packing & shipping
The final stage! We help you with the shipping documents and arrange delivery of your products right to your door.

What you need to know
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a swimwear and activewear manufacturer with our own international sales team. We produce and sell all of our products ourselves.
What products can you make?
We specialize in swimwear, beachwear, and yoga and activewear.
Can you make custom products?
Yes. Most of our work is custom products made from the photos or samples our customers send us.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 200 pieces per style per color, and 400 pieces per order. The exact quantity depends on fabric purchasing requirements and cost, and we'll confirm it with you in advance. Depending on quantity, a tolerance of about 10% is normal.
What are your lead times?
Bulk production takes 2–4 weeks. Samples are made within 7 days after all designs and fabrics are confirmed.
How much does a sample cost?
Sample costs depend on the product you're developing — typically USD 50–150 per piece, based on the style's complexity and fabric. Once you place a bulk order, the sample fee is credited back against your final price.
How soon will we hear back after sending an inquiry?
We reply within 24 hours.
How will the goods be shipped to us? Do you ship worldwide?
Shipping time depends on the method you choose. We offer both sea and air freight: smaller, lighter orders usually go by air, while larger, heavier ones go by sea. Transit time also depends on order quantity — sea freight usually takes about four weeks, while air freight takes only a few days. Air is faster but costs more, so plan early to get the best rate.
We deliver to more than 80 countries worldwide. If we can't ship to your area, we'll contact you.
Which countries do you mainly export to?
Our products are exported to more than 60 countries, mainly the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, South Korea, South Africa, Australia and Canada. Many of our customers are OEM clients.
What are your payment terms?
We confirm the payment terms with you when we send the quotation. For bulk production, a 50% deposit is due before production starts, and the remaining 50% is paid against copies of the shipping documents. The most common payment method is T/T (bank transfer).
Will you keep our designs confidential?
Yes. Closswim works with many companies that take confidentiality very seriously, so you can be sure all communication stays strictly confidential. We sign and honor NDAs — just email us your agreement and we'll sign and return it.
Can you add my logo and labels?
Yes. We offer private label with your logo printed or embroidered, custom woven or printed care labels, hang tags and packaging.
Do I need a tech pack to get started?
No. Basic sketches or reference photos are enough to start. Our designers and pattern makers turn them into a sample and send you photos for approval.
